To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日為自己大日子睇場試菜 第一首選係香港公園內的樂茶軒 因為喜歡佢嘅古色茶香環境 下午茶時段人不多 餐廳係博物館上面 環境唔吵鬧 適合三五之己品茶談天風花雪月話說呢度菜單天天不同 但菜色偏清淡素雅 肉類菜式唔多我呢個湯精見到老火湯 當然要試下 果然清甜無味精 值得推薦另外點咗生煎包同喜愛豆沙水晶餅 豆沙餅帶有淡淡陳皮果香 令人有再食意慾 加上呢度主角 茶-- 點咗祈門紅茶 口感薄純 清油膩其實 想慢活生活做文青唔一定要係cafe 偶而飲茶食點心做文人雅士都唔錯啊
