朋友成日同我講去荃灣食泰國菜一定要去金坊泰國美食餐廳,所以今日就去咗兆和街間分店試吓。餐廳係大廈3樓,𨋢門一打開,就有去咗泰國嘅感覺,真係懷念,而且餐廳裏面嘅環境都十分寬敞。香茅蠔仔煲遠處傳來香濃嘅香茅味,就知道我哋叫嘅香茅蠔仔煲到啦。生蠔嘅size都唔細,足足有一寸長,夠晒肥美,除了香茅之外,還加上很多香料和蔬果,如青椒、紅椒、洋蔥、芹菜和雜菇。味道香濃,但不會搶咗蠔仔嘅鮮味,值得一讚。鐵板比目魚因為怕多魚骨,所以揀咗比目魚。熱辣辣嘅鐵板上有兩塊手掌般大嘅比目魚,而且十分厚切。比目魚肉質很滑,魚嘅油脂味濃郁,好好味,這個必試。馬拉盞炒粉絲可以選擇配上雞肉、豬肉、牛肉或者雜菜,我哋就選擇咗牛肉。炒得好有鑊氣,粉絲不會太碎和太乾身,牛肉亦都夠淋和有牛肉味,加埋馬拉盞嘅香,真係食唔停口。

香茅蠔仔煲

鐵板比目魚
因為怕多魚骨,所以揀咗比目魚。熱辣辣嘅鐵板上有兩塊手掌般大嘅比目魚,而且十分厚切。比目魚肉質很滑,魚嘅油脂味濃郁,好好味,這個必試。
