To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 難得panda想去如心化石公園,帶佢去最近火熱餐廳parksidenina,門口多人等位,食品類型煎魚柳通粉 pizza,類似 simplylife,不是我杯茶不值去等,都係揀回飲茶,記起如心酒店有此店。餐廳裝修走簡潔年青風,雲石枱,皮椅,空間感濶,电子餐牌,以酒店水準,價錢不貴。雪山叉燒包$68, 不過不失,皮脆包軟,餡豐,合乎酒店水平。黑松露雞絲粉皮$88,點點黑松露, 唔好以為少,咁已經攻鼻, 香氣雜人,粉片爽又滑,晶瑩通透,雞絲有雞味,二者夾埋好好味。紅菜頭素花餃$62,外表晶瑩,掐四角花形,小圓片紅菜頭置頂,似花蕊,什菌翠玉瓜餡,爽鲜,有層次,雖然紅菜頭小片,舌尖嚐其甜美。牛肝菌素海參腸粉$78,皮薄軟而爽滑,捲着濃香菇菌,錯過素海參,滿足對腸粉要求。蛋白杏仁茶$58,杏香,份量較少,蛋白滑度香度可改進,抵食及好味,還選大圍潮庭。嘆完優雅環境,精美點心,遊園去。如住荃灣,屯門帶老人家嘆好嘢,不用走出尖沙咀。
