To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這個是店員推薦的,味道真的不錯,第一口咬下去菇味好濃郁,好香

🔸星斑金魚餃
可愛的金魚造型,是魚肉餡料,幾好食,只不過有點乾,如果有少少肉汁就更好

🔸海龍皇脆皮紅米腸
淋上豉油,超好吃,外軟內脆,蝦肉餡料,非一般蝦腸,必嗌!

🔸蜜汁叉燒
食中菜通常都會嗌份叉燒,好食!每件都幾大夠,一共有8件,2人食啱啱好

🔸 焗南非鮑魚酥
