To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當日3點幾入到去,已經見到啲員工係到食緊飯,心諗住係咪休息,就多口問一問仲做唔做生意,點知佢話仲做,就坐底左叫野食啦。用QR code 點餐,點完個員工又過黎再問一次我食什麼,已經覺得好奇怪,之後叫左一個巴斯克蛋糕。食物上左無耐,個員工就去左關暗餐廳既燈,勁黑,好似無客人一樣,之後叫佢調返光,還好像不情願地做,跟我說他們下場了。其實如果明知就下場,跟我說不做生意或者幾點就下場就可以,但係不應該要做生意,但係之後就不管你,迫你走,全程也沒有服務,還要收加一服務費,真是荒謬地差。
