今晚在尖沙咀港威商場經過一間餐廳,做緊鰻魚節菜式,用鰻魚做了幾款不同的菜式。正合我鐘意食鰻魚。餐廳裝飾很時尚,座位寬敞,燈光明亮。我點了-普寧豆醬炆鰻魚 用了普寧豆醬烹調,配菜有很多洋蔥和炸蒜粒炆鰻魚,醬汁十分濃郁,結果要多一碗白飯來撈醬汁一齊食,十分惹味。-金湯佛跳牆原盅上,內有原隻鮑魚,花膠,松茸,竹笙,瑤柱,海参,鵪鶉蛋和雞肉,湯料十分豐富,湯汁濃郁。-芥蘭豆皮炒芥蘭豆皮,味道很有層次感-黃金荷葉包 炸得金黃香脆的包,夾埋洋蔥和炒牛柳絲餡料一齊食,很美味。
