To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日有張優惠券，冇所謂，就試吓佢。因為餐廳好full，所以被安排到較後位置用餐，都睇到魚缸嘅，都睇到啲魚嘅，不過個view冇咁好囉～所以大家唔諗到咁美好。食物嚟講，有個湯，味道一般啦；不過個主菜值得讚賞，蝦份量多，而且每隻爽口彈牙，不過雖然係黑松露味，但係就淡咗少少。之後有個菜，就係正常嘅菜，冇特別。但係最鐘意都係甜品。呢個玉桂蘋果雪菲有驚喜，好食，比外面一啲高檔甜品店嘅做得好，不過唔鍾意玉桂嘅朋友可能就未必okay了。全部加埋唔貴，質素高，好過食海洋公園其他餐廳。
