To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 補返個食評先🆗 24/4恢復晚市堂食率先試卒, 夜晚七點, 估唔到啱啱恢復晚市堂食都已經滿座了, 我哋1行4人大約等咗15分鐘已經可以入座. 見到大家都可以四人一枱, 聚首一堂晚市堂食, 心都不禁酸一酸.一如以往, 叫咗海鮮炒金邊粉, 青咖喱豬頸肉, 軟殼蟹卷, 油酥餅, 魷魚沙律, 無骨鳳爪. 依間餐廳都經常幫襯, 不過初初恢復晚市堂食唔知係咪廚師未習慣煮禁多, 所以味道都差少少, 但係份量搭夠, 落樓食餐飯OK啦.☺️順帶提一提雖然外賣有七五折, 不過根據過往經驗外賣比堂食質素都打個七五折.㊙️
