之前食過佢既開心果味同原味布甸包,覺得無乜特別,可能我自己本身覺得法包同燉蛋本身兩者係唔多夾。個燉蛋似custard,開心果味有dd但唔算好dominant,加上佢個包又比較韌,如果係脆法包會好d?!反而燉蛋配酥皮先襯!所以今次行過,見到有新品就買來試下。佢個葡撻係用蛋白做的,所以蛋味不算太濃。但酥皮as you can see係多層勁酥脆flakey! 比bakehouse的更脆,因為無左層焦糖,而且不油膩,唔會好似kfc既成個撻底浸油,整體食落比較清新,幾有驚喜!松露巧克力撻上面既朱古力幾軟滑,有點生巧既感覺,七蚊雞來講性價比高!
