布甸包外面嘅麵包食落好煙韌,原味布甸包嘅布甸好滑好香、而開心果布甸包嘅開心果味唔夠濃。凍食應該係再好味啲。而店內有個蕃薯包真係成舊蕃薯加麵包😂純粹比佢咁搞笑既賣相吸引,味道完全無特別。

由入伙開始,每次有朋友,都會嗌佢哋嘅布甸包做甜品。十六蚊大大個,蛋味 超 級 香,好滑溜,啖啖濃郁,包皮軟硬適中,兩歲姪仔都鍾意食。有次叫咗開心果味,貴成十蚊,反而有啲失望。

Bookmark咗好耐要嚟試嘅珍多美!✧ 意大利開心果布甸($26)雖然望落好綠但食落開心果味並冇想像中咁濃不禁懷疑啲咁綠係溝咗色素…不得不提係布甸包好少凍serve(除咗傳奇烘焙個麻糬版本)所以雪到個包身偏硬🍞而且餡做唔到流心效果🫗比較似係硬嘅custard漿唔知叮一叮會唔會好啲但assume店舖點樣俾你就點樣即刻食先係正路另外topping嘅開心果碎少都算唔知係咪擺太耐腍咗食落有少少似南瓜籽🌱首選推薦暫時都係北角嘅初麥~

之前食過佢既開心果味同原味布甸包,覺得無乜特別,可能我自己本身覺得法包同燉蛋本身兩者係唔多夾。個燉蛋似custard,開心果味有dd但唔算好dominant,加上佢個包又比較韌,如果係脆法包會好d?!反而燉蛋配酥皮先襯!所以今次行過,見到有新品就買來試下。佢個葡撻係用蛋白做的,所以蛋味不算太濃。但酥皮as you can see係多層勁酥脆flakey! 比bakehouse的更脆,因為無左層焦糖,而且不油膩,唔會好似kfc既成個撻底浸油,整體食落比較清新,幾有驚喜!松露巧克力撻上面既朱古力幾軟滑,有點生巧既感覺,七蚊雞來講性價比高!
