To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話佢嘅酸辣粉同蒜泥白肉好好味酸辣粉我就冇試大家叫左個蒜泥白肉share食：好特別，每片肉試都有一片薄青瓜，要一片肉+一片青瓜咁一齊放入口，青瓜完全去晒肥肉嘅油膩感而醬汁係帶微甜嘅辣油，好香口，令到我食唔停口。雞絲麵就麻麻地，冇咩味，見餐牌有推薦先試，點知個湯頭太清不突出，唯一可讚的是麵煮得剛好，不太淋也不太硬，食落彈牙。而朋友叫左担担麵就好好食，好香口好夠味，麵質同雞絲湯麵一樣剛好彈牙，但就惹味多了
