To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對我而言,要食一揀穩陣有質素又舒服乾淨嘅中菜,我真係第一時間諗起彩福皇宴。今日係尖沙咀想食中菜,所以又去左佢度食。今次就試左佢嘅蒜蓉蒸扇貝同埋一條蒸魚。個蒜蓉蒸扇貝都算幾大粒,如圖中所見蒜蓉份量超足,啱哂我咁重口味,同時又唔會蓋過左扇貝嘅鮮味,而下面嘅粉絲就吸晒扇貝啲汁,係超新鮮!一個人食翻四五隻都得呀!而個蒸魚都係好有水準,熟到啱啱好,絕對無蒸過頭,條魚本身都都好鮮甜,豉油調味都幾好,幾配合條魚,同埋撈飯係一流!食左幾次彩福都係咁有水準,真係唔怪得自己一食再食,相信好快又有下次去食!
