今日約了同事午飯,邊行邊找地方用膳,不經意已行了好一陣子,在一間中菜館「原汁原味」落腳。餐廳分兩層,裝潢古雅中式風挌,整潔光猛度一般喇!午市飯品由六七十月起,敬送甜品一客。加$15要了中式老火湯一盅,是日湯款是木瓜花生煲雞腳,湯汁都算清甜,但沒有筆者至愛的湯料還是有點美中不足。一客蟲草花蒸滑雞飯,以蒸籠盛載,荷葉托底,上菜時香煙四起。雞件稍稍切得略碎,滑度 OK 的,蒸飯沾滿雞汁、蟲草花香、紅棗的精華及荷葉的清新味道,入口油潤可口,略帶甜味,不俗。敬送的甜品是木瓜雪耳糖水,潤喉配料足,口味甜了一點。下午返回辦公室,有少許口渴感,「師傅」份量或許不少!
