📍 柞木炭家（銅鑼灣）今日嚟到銅鑼灣突然之間想食燒肉🥩聽講最近有一個套餐｛宮饗宴｝今日就黎燒一燒佢🥩🥩🥩🥩✨ 韓式蒸蛋好有驚喜嘅蒸蛋，上枱嗰陣時圓軲轆大大個脹起咗，啲蛋好滑溜，麻油味好重，可以食到韓國正宗嘅蒸蛋🥚✨薄切牛舌薄薄地1塊好容易燒，燒完都唔會好乾，好煙韌！✨黑毛和牛西冷以為係厚切嘅西冷，但係原來係薄切，油脂好重，雪花好均勻，一啖食落去牛嘅油脂已經湧晒出嚟，可以一塊牛再夾埋大蔥食，大䓤剛好可以平衡返油脂！✨牛小排入口即溶，牛味濃郁！✨濟洲八爪魚原條八爪魚，真係好大條，燒完之後唔會太乾，仲煙煙韌韌，食到八爪魚嘅肉汁，好新鮮！✨豬肋肉細細個好容易燒，豬肉反而好嫩滑！✨嚴選腹胸肉一嚿一啖，不知不覺就食晒！✨韓式撈起拌麵新年嗰陣時都冇特別去撈起，今日就有個韓式撈起嘅拌麵，撈到風生水起😍撈埋韓式秘製醬汁，原來都幾好食！✨韓式燒什菌燒完之後啲雜菌芝士多到可以拉絲🧀鍾意芝士嘅你必食🩷兩杯梳打都好清甜，都有清新嘅味道，特別可以去除燒肉之後嘅油膩感🥤✨青檸梳打✨柚子梳打
