現代風裝潢幾靚,但係環境比較侷促,音樂有點炒耳🙈▪️ Tasting Menu (7/10)💲580 Per Person1️⃣ Starters▫️ Chef‘s Rusa(6.5/10)面頭係三文魚籽,底下堆滿左吞拿魚、薯仔蓉、蛋黃醬撈成既沙律,配上略硬既麵包片,感覺似罐頭式吞拿魚沙律餅乾,相對普通😳▫️ Tuna Tartare(7.5/10)香脆既撻皮,包裹住三文魚籽、吞拿魚他他同埋牛油果蓉,食到新鮮既鹹香😛▫️ Ham Croquettes(7/10)外皮脆身,內餡非常軟滑,有淡淡既火腿香▫️ Padrón Peppers(6.5/10)用上橄欖油炸過既青椒仔,比較腍同油身,灑上鹽粒調味,食落帶點甘口🫛2️⃣ Main ▫️ Carabinero Rice(8/10)侍應話可以揀呢個、Lobster Rice或者Rib Eye,我地就無改到😗紅蝦蝦膏味濃郁,加上左唔少魷魚粒,湯汁頗重鹹鮮,飯底吸滿湯汁好入味,但仍然做到粒粒分明😌3️⃣ Sweets ▫️ Flan de Nata(7/10)布甸口感滑溜,有雲尼拿籽香,但期望蛋味會更重,焦糖漿濃稠度就唔錯🍮▫️ Cheesecake(6/10)同我認知中
