之前食過佐敦嘅龍亭,最近知道中環開咗新分店,去開中環馬上book位試吓,新店環境光猛闊落,坐得舒適,師傅仲話如果下次多幾個朋友一齊黎可以包房第一件事揀返支清酒開黎飲返杯先🍶Chef介紹咗一支比較爽口嘅清酒俾我哋,要特別提一提啲酒杯係有十二生肖揀架(暴露年齡系列)😆好精緻揀左五道菜鐵板餐,有頭盤、海鮮兩品、肉料理一品、鐵板炒飯、甜品頭盤煙三文魚配黑醋黑魚籽配埋龍珠果,清爽開胃🤤兩款海鮮都好新鮮,特別鐘意今次個鮑魚師傅話有別於過往做法,鮑魚先有清酒漬過,所以用鐵板煎完之後,食起上黎特別滋味見到師傅用牛油溶液慢慢加入鐵板嘅帶子上面,再逐面煎香,配埋意大利黃瓜,好好味每次肉料理一定係食牛😆師傅功架十足,五成熟牛柳煎得剛剛好,將所有肉汁都鎖住,一啖一口勁juicy 每一次食鐵板燒都最期待個炒飯,今次嘅炒飯加咗大量海膽醬一齊炒,乾身得黎又無留到米粒嘅軟熟濕潤食埋ending杯紫薯雪糕🍨💜大滿足
