To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次週末特意光臨位於LKF既Aria，從中午12點一直到下午3點，除了可透過落地玻璃窗欣賞維多利亞港美景，同時品嘗豐富的海鮮早午自助餐 餐廳的週末早午餐價格為628港幣，包含了巨型龍蝦、生蠔、蟹腳等高級新鮮海鮮、沙拉吧、火腿、芝士和甜點吧。🦞海鮮盤龍蝦非常大隻，夾起來相當聚手！啖啖肉之餘仲充滿鮮甜海水味，蝦膏仲好豐富，一人吃半隻就岩岩好 生蠔體積雖然細隻，但海水味濃郁，口感爽滑 海螺、仲有長腳蟹、冷凍蝦、青口、酸味醃魷魚等，淨係食海鮮就已物超所值🍖沙拉吧沙拉吧提供各種沙拉配搭、火腿等。沙拉選擇豐富，許多獨特的搭配方法，而火腿有幾種選擇，常見既帕爾馬火腿、辣味腸都有。湯品有兩種選擇，其中龍蝦湯有相當濃郁的龍蝦味！🍰甜品吧雖然自己要減肥，但面對誘人的意大利甜品還是忍不住想要試試，特別係Tiramisu，佢採用傳統方法製作，而且成盤任你食，咖啡酒香濃郁。而朱古力噴泉更加係一家大細既至愛，可以配各種新鮮水果。最後仲有兩種雪糕可供選擇，朱古力雪糕非常濃郁軟滑，拍得住唔少名牌雪糕。
