To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 壽司同樣以長形木盤盛著,上桌後店員會逐一介紹。
當中兩款招牌ᴊᴏᴇ壽司分別是ꜱᴘɪᴄʏ ᴛᴜɴᴀ及軟殼蟹牛油果卷;ꜱᴘɪᴄʏ ᴛᴜɴᴀ上面舖滿辣味吞拿魚蓉,而下層則是炸飯團,入口煙煙韌韌,味道甘香,別具風味。
而軟殼蟹牛油果則相對比較平庸,但本來牛油果配軟殼蟹是長勝組合,因此味道還是很不錯的。
至於其他壽司也是鮮甜又精緻,尤其海膽壽司味道甘香,入口即化又綿密,鮮甜不腥。

龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬,據聞是餐廳的招牌菜式之一,難怪一上桌已傳出濃香的龍蝦湯香氣,非常誘人。
濃郁的龍蝦湯搭配稻庭烏冬,非常掛湯,加上脆口的花竹蝦天婦羅,飽足又美味。
