上網見到有人講而家一啲嘅中餐廳都會用日本sake搞返一個crossover,上網就見到一間酒家有做呢一個活動就走去試一試。坐低咗先發現,原來呢一間係需要成支清酒咁叫,而唔係一杯杯咁上,不過都唔緊要,唔太貴就叫咗一個蛋白蒸鮮帶子,配上南部美人吟銀河,算係三款酒入邊最貴嘅一支。講返主菜個蛋白蒸鮮帶子,質素比想像中高,喺蛋白面頭仲會用貝嘅精華整咗一啲芡汁,整體鮮味昇華左,蛋白亦唔過火,好幼滑嘅質感,而帶子鮮甜,大小亦算適中,搭配酒不錯👍🏻
