To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蝦手卷原來有外賣

下午茶時間到，今日有啲肚餓，所以同事買咗幾份蝦手卷同我地一齊食。我估唔到元氣壽司除咗迴轉壽司，原來仲有外賣嘅手卷。手卷包裝得幾完整。飯同紫菜係分開嘅，咁樣嘅話紫菜就唔會發潮而變得唔脆。登登登！手卷好似係出面買嘅一樣啊，一啲都睇唔出佢係外賣。食落去天婦羅蝦仲係好脆，最怕天婦羅淋，但呢份手卷的蝦好得，外脆內微熱，應該整起無耐，紫菜又脆，整體來講呢一個天婦羅蝦手卷係好高質。D飯又唔會太少，下次有機會要試下唔同口味。
