To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地本身被燒鵝同炸蝦餅吸引而黎的....點知見到人地食緊羊腩煲，好好味咁....點好呢~2個人叫曬三樣又食吳曬!!冬天都係要補一補，揀左羊腩煲同炸蝦餅，羊腩煲仲有生菜跟tim~用火爐興住食既羊腩煲，味道剛剛好，吳太咸，吳太蘇，羊腩吳鞋吳UN，亦吳會膩到滯住食兩舊就停手。除左羊腩仲有枝竹，蘿蔔，馬蹄，花生...若然跟多D生菜就好啦～蝦餅出場啦～好香呀！金黃色既蝦餅表面係薄薄既吉列炸粉，爽口彈牙，一D都吳會死實實。蝦餅入面仲有D細細粒既墨魚碎架～好鮮味一D都吳油，食完一件即刻想多件呀！
