To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二月中旬‧晴手打烏冬一向甚受本地市場受落,大抵吃得健康幾多也有市場。是日來到皇室堡四樓的甘味讚岐手打烏冬試試兩款春季新品。玉子燒一向是萬人迷,加入芝士及蟹肉是聽起來也吸引。厚厚的玉子燒做得口感非常鬆軟,雖然本身味道只是淡淡的蛋香味,但以芝士及蟹肉當餡料,鹹香及鮮甜的味道正好為其增味。松葉蟹腳冷烏冬賣相吸引,由日本直送的冷烏冬呈幼身,口感堅靭,配上冷麵汁,是怡人佳品。另外松葉蟹腳肉甜美跟烏冬同吃也是好配撘。
