To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋意涼涼,又係食蟹嘅好時候。見佢推出咗新菜單「金秋蟹粉盛宴」,套餐仲有84折。於是今日去咗食「真。滋味蟹粉四人餐]。四人餐超多嘢食,以足1.5両蟹粉炮製而成嘅菜式,實在大滿足。 套餐包括;蟹粉小籠包、前菜三色拼盤、四川口水雞、蟹粉蝦球鍋巴、椒麻酸菜魚、蟹粉豆腐煲、宋嫂魚羹、酸辣湯及豆沙鍋餅。我一向都好鍾意食翡翠嘅小籠包,今次招牌小籠包加入蟹粉,真係好令人期待。小籠包皮薄多汁,鮮肉餡配上蟹黃,一咬開已經聞到大閘蟹香氣。 唔知仲以為自己拆緊大閘蟹。 齒頰留香令人樂而忘返。佢個蟹粉蝦球窩巴又係超屈機。鍋巴超香脆有米香,蝦球大大粒爽口彈牙。最重要係配上1.5兩蟹粉, 可以大啖啖享受滑嫩嘅蟹粉。蟹粉濃沃嘅味道和鮮蝦真係好夾。 蟹迷必食。蟹粉豆腐煲,足1.5兩蟹粉。豆腐滑嫩而且有豆味。蟹粉充滿蟹黃油香味,蟹黃甘香豐腴。 塵世間就只有蟹粉可以令平凡嘅豆腐提升鮮味,進入另一個層次。呢個撈飯一流。最後要講下我嘅至愛.... 豆沙鍋餅, 新鮮出爐外脆內軟,熱辣辣超好食。作為今餐完美句號。四川口水雞,夠辣,雞皮下脂肪均勻,肉質好滑。勁多花生。酸辣湯,酸辣度適中,惹味。椒麻酸菜魚,食到中間個口麻哂。 鍾意佢寬
