好耐冇食潮州嘢,喺銅鑼灣行街經過呢間潮州餐廳,門面幾靚,感覺好高級,不過望一望價錢牌原來價錢亦唔算貴,就同朋友去試吓,坐低先飲返兩杯功夫茶,嘆返舊韭菜果先。煎蠔餅一定要點,我做要求要煎香啲,真係做到,脆卜卜嘅感覺,再加上蠔嘅清甜。串燒雞頸肉,通常都係食豬頸肉,第一次食雞頸肉,原來都好多肉好有咬口,辣辣地好開胃。最後一定要食糖醋麵,新鮮炸起,配上糖同醋,非常好食,兩個人埋單都係五百幾蚊,喺銅鑼灣區其實都幾抵食,下次要試埋其他菜式。
