To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2020年的會展曾經靜如荒島,幸好現在恢復了多少,歸功於一些唔錯的展覽會,例如 Art Central、Art Basel,剛好留意到中菜餐廳「中庭」推出每位$508 新經典晚市套餐,而且有八折優惠,正好約友相聚,因為餐廳環境寬敞舒適,相比寧靜。 八道菜,豐富有新意。 涼拌蜜荳蟲草花蜜荳切絲,非常爽脆,口感鮮甜有汁,唔留意似翠玉瓜,混合蟲草花及白芝麻,稱職前菜。走地醉雞選用本地雞,肉嫩但唔太入味,以小匙伴以湯汁同吃方才嚐到花雕酒香,如果唔想酒味太濃的適合。 鹽焗鮮鮑魚以鹽焗烹煮大連鮑魚我首次品嚐,效果都幾好,無需點旁邊的海鹽已經夠味。 螺片白玉紅菜湯紅菜頭是有營食品,開心有這新做法,加了高湯踢走獨有的霸氣味道,保持色調及濃密質感,混合冬瓜及螺片喝是討好的創意組合,也許自己拍照阻延了,螺片久煮失了嫩口口感! 荷香富貴鴿喜歡這變奏,平日需湊夠一班人可以吃到富貴雞,以細細隻的鴿代之,散點兩百幾元一隻,相宜之外,肉質更嫩。 香蔥烤油甘魚鮫賣相吸引,堂前揭開,香蔥之香湧出,混合烤魚香,很好的享受。相比坊間順德煎焗魚鮫用之大魚或鯇魚,油甘魚當然是更好的選擇,魚油豐富、啖啖肉,並非主要吃皮。香蔥粗闊
