終於食到呢間九州第一拉麵店---『金田家』啦! 好食嘅野緊係要寫出嚟share比大家啦!本來諗住早d到唔使排咁耐,我地大約6:35pm去到,前面已經排咗十幾人,不過都好快輪到我地,等咗唔使20分鐘。我有選擇困難嘅我,係門口排緊隊時已經研究咗好耐食邊樣好,最終我點了黑松露拉麵 追加1隻溏心蛋同埋芽菜,而我朋友就點了雞白湯豚骨拉麵 追加1隻溏心蛋、4片黑豚叉燒。另外再點1個北寄貝海鮮沙律share同埋兩杯果汁。黑松露拉麵一送來,陣陣黑松露香味隨即飄入臭覺,黑松露是以平時我地去酒樓常見嘅匙羹1匙滿嘅份量直表放係叉燒之上,都幾有霸氣。食拉麵嘅第一指定動作係…飲淡湯先~ 平時食拉麵,我普遍都覺得湯頭偏咸,成日要飲水,呢個麵嘅湯色好濃,但飲落去…正是我想要的咸度。叉燒夠林,好味。溏心蛋就是恰到好處的滑溜。追加的芽菜係分開上嘅,面頭仲有d黑胡椒碎,又幾仔細wor。差d唔記得講d麵,佢地嘅拉麵比較幼身,有得選硬度,我點嘅係軟硬度係:普通,確係不林不硬wor。至於朋友嘅雞白湯豚骨拉麵,腩肉肥瘦均勻,配以清甜雞湯,大大減低致肥嘅罪惡感。追加嘅黑豚叉燒一d都唔縮水,同我碗拉麵嘅叉燒size相若,朋友食到 l

第一拉麵店果然名不虚傳,會再黎食。
