To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家大細入西貢，凍冰冰唔想出碼頭食海鮮小菜坐街邊，行過見到呢公眾停車場附近開左間新餐廳，餐廳新裝修唔似附近茶仔咁污糟，價錢ok就試下!原來唔止得小炒，老細仲走出黎介紹試唔試下海鮮，原來餐廳每日都會去碼頭同街市拎新鮮海鮮，就試左粉絲蒸扇貝!蒜容粉絲蒸扇貝 - 好大隻同新鮮 ，一隻自已經夠數冰鎮咕嚕肉 - 有創意，冰鎮得黎咕嚕肉仲好鬆脆  ，唔係一般茶仔咁食炸粉豬骨椒鹽鮮魷 - 呢個都超推薦 ，老細食到一半出黎介紹，原來係用新鮮魷魚炸，所以一都唔"Un"餐廳小店經營，3-4個人又想食少少海鮮，小菜，唔想出海鮮酒家咁貴，推薦呢度!PS 題外話杯奶茶都幾好, 有茶味同好滑!
