S之前跟我提過在她家附近有一家吃懷舊小炒的舖頭好正,其實我很少機會吃到小炒,今次剛巧S和朋友到鴻哥小廚食dinner叫埋我,我立即應承餐廳設有2人,4人座和12人圓枱,好啱一家人大細一齊食飯,見到好多街坊熟客來幫襯,好有住家感覺,老闆鴻哥親自招呼客人,很是親切以下幾款都是餐廳招牌菜,我覺得絕對值得推薦頭抽豉油雞~一食就知係用新鮮雞炆嘅,雞的肉質鮮嫩而彈牙,豉油味絕對不會太濃,不會蓋過雞的鲜味,正呀絕技炒蛋~蛋表面煎到金黃色,裏面係流心蛋,還有大量的松子和菜脯,甚有咬口。蛋的厚度成吋咁厚,外面鬆軟,裏面流心,真係少D功夫都造唔到,份量極大,適合一家大細一齊食香煎蓮藕餅~,即煎!煎得好焦香和脆口,裏面咬到粒粒蓮藕粒和豬肉碎,好美味!S讚口不絕生菜包乳鴿鬆~見到每一枱都叫就知一定係正嘢除了鴿鬆外,還有半肥瘦豬肉碎,葱粒, 沙葛和炸米通碎,以新鮮生菜包着吃口感豐富,健康又解腻,好好味啫啫芥蘭~以蝦乾,魷魚乾, 辣椒,肉碎, 蒜頭一起炒,芥蘭鮮甜無渣,香辣味濃郁,非常惹味

頭抽豉油雞~一食就知係用新鮮雞炆嘅,雞的肉質鮮嫩而彈牙,豉油味絕對不會太濃,不會蓋過雞的鲜味,正呀
