$420 3個餸 1枝汔水干煱田雞  小炒王  豉椒鵝腸晚上九時到達,基本上已經只有另一枱客人。個女人好似黑面,唔知係咪阻住佢收工。小炒王最多的是芽菜,韭菜的份量也很少。但蝦乾和腰果份量夠。豉椒鵝腸是蔬菜最多,鵝腸得好少。田雞就更加失望。都成$160 一個,裏面又係蔬菜勁多,數埋田雞應該得1隻至1.5 隻。份量真係少得可憐,依家香港啲食肆又貴又細份,真係玩完。

有幸重遊中學時代留過不少腳毛的土瓜灣,剛巧於九龍城道見到一間新開的小廚,就即時被門前轉燈上‘媽媽的味道’五隻字所吸引,頭也不回便登門而入。前菜小食要了一口豆腐,豆腐外脆內嫩,不油膩,令人食指大動主菜要了菠蘿生炒骨,據老闆說他們的生炒骨都是即叫即炸,排骨比配菜多只少一倍,可見份量十足,生炒骨整體酸甜度適宜,雖不能說十分驚艷,但絕對稱得上水準之作。另一令人驚喜的,絕對是他們的啫啫芥蘭煲,無需品嚐單憑肉眼已可觀察到每條芥蘭都是廚師精心挑選,而其味道亦既香且嫩。整體而且,這間鴻哥小廚雖然只有平實的裝潢,但從上菜的速度,食物的份量,加上食物的味道,亦能感受到他們的誠意,值得推薦

主菜要了菠蘿生炒骨,據老闆說他們的生炒骨都是即叫即炸,排骨比配菜多只少一倍,可見份量十足,生炒骨整體酸甜度適宜,雖不能說十分驚艷,但絕對稱得上水準之作。

十分推薦呢間店,比茶餐廳更抵食的價錢,但有家的味道,完全係抗通賬之選!睇餐牌時,完全估唔到上菜咁大碟。必食推薦有:香煎蓮藕餅 $48有6塊大大塊,啖啖肉,有咬口,送飯一流,某大型快餐店,得2塊差唔多的碟頭飯已經要近$40蚊😓38蚊的一口豆腐以為係小食細細碟,點知都係一個客飯size咁送上黎,豆腐軟滑,炸粉薄身脆口,忍唔住一粒又一粒咁食。好推介呢間小菜呀!大家快d幫襯下佢啦😆😆😆😆😆😆👅

土瓜灣一向出名多好野食,你想搵日本、韓國、西餐、馬來西亞野⋯⋯基本上你想食既菜式,都會至少有間餐廳比你揀到!呢晚約左好友食個飯,朋友想試下小菜,一SEARCH之下呢間小店個口碑好似唔錯甘,就去馬啦。一口椒鹽豆腐甘多舊都係HKD 38 !佢炸得熱但唔係炸到好焦黃個種香口,但我自己係PREFER呢種STYLE,太脆太焦其實食多一兩舊開始就會濟,覺得太熱氣會冇甘有意慾食落去。另外值得一讚就係調味唔算過鹹就住就係見到個個都必叫既蓮藕餅,佢入面加左咸魚,所以聞落已經有淡淡咸香。半肥瘦既肉餅夾埋蓮藕,好好送飯我地又叫左個菜膽雞,佢比起出面D餐廳份量大好多,有半隻雞有多!雖然雞肉唔係話去到好滑既程度,但係個味係滑淡得黎好食,個茨汁打得OKAY,不知不覺間好快清曬。如果膽長輩去食,不妨可以叫!最後仲有個乳鴿鬆,簡單黎講就係乳鴿拆肉,加馬碲、豬肉甘炒香一碟,比你用生菜包住食,中和返個肥膩感。唔好講笑,食第一淡既時候真係BLINGBLING 眼,好惹味好有獲氣!會讓你不停想食!但真係4人或以上先好叫,唔係會食唔曬,份量又係巨多。然而我隔離台係兩個人都叫一碟可想而之係有幾甘好食~下次一定再ENCORE

一口椒鹽豆腐甘多舊都係HKD 38 !
佢炸得熱但唔係炸到好焦黃個種香口,
但我自己係PREFER呢種STYLE,

就住就係見到個個都必叫既蓮藕餅,

佢比起出面D餐廳份量大好多,
有半隻雞有多!
雖然雞肉唔係話去到好滑既程度,
但係個味係滑淡得黎好食,
個茨汁打得OKAY,
不知不覺間好快清曬。

今晚無聊落行下自己一個人,行下行下發現左間新店,鴻哥小廚颱風季節,又落大雨,一個人沒有地方去,就食下附近的鑊氣小炒鴻哥小廚啦!生炒排骨也是即炸,夠鑊氣,酸甜味適中。還叫了一個時菜,三個人食超級飽。這裏的價錢不算便宜,但小菜都大大碟。一大班人想要熱鬧吃飯最適合。極度推薦,叫左半隻頭抽豉油雞,佢地係用左即日處理嘅新鮮雞,我覺得堅抽,而家係街點會仲食到新鮮雞架⁉老細仲偷偷地話我地知佢係冇醃過咁去煮個雞。味道五錯下次繼續。
