一講起西灣河太安樓,報紙雜誌blogger總係會介紹海南雞飯/雞蛋腸粉/手抓餅,但其實我一路認為太安樓最地道最令人難忘嘅一定係魚蛋佬。魚蛋佬屹立太安樓好多年,由以前嘅推車檔變到今日嘅街角小鋪,無論咩時間去,都總會見到長長人龍。不過唔駛因爲人龍就怕要排隊,因為老闆手腳好快,唔駛一陣間就巳經排到。魚蛋佬最出名嘅未必係佢嘅魚蛋,而係佢秘製嘅沙嗲醬汁。少少辣,鹹度適中,沙嗲味十分香濃,無論配咩食物都好,都十分入味。講真,佢嘅食材未必係最好,但醬汁絕對係我食過街邊魚蛋入面最好食一間。每次黎到西灣河,總係會好懷念佢個醬汁要食返串。另一樣吸引之處係價錢,每樣野都只係幾蚊,好抵食!
