平時我都好喜愛食法國菜,因為除了食物賣相精緻之外,環境方面都好有氣氛又浪漫。聖誕節剛過,陣住今天放假與友人去了一間位於尖沙咀的「Amina」私房菜補祝聖誕節,今晚與友人慶祝食餐晚飯,友人一早預先訂了枱,光線較微弱,每張枱上都有閃爍的燭光,再加上浪漫的英文歌曲,真是好有氣氛!地方雖不是好大及簡約,但枱頭看看天花掛上太空吊燈,已經讓餐廳帶出時代感又摩登。更發現餐廳的四周都放滿了不少聖誕節裝飾,雖是過了聖誕節,仍感受到冬日聖誕節的氣氛。 先來一份是法式的牛油麵包及提子合桃麥包,這個麵包配上了煙燻椰菜花醬及蜜糖甘筍醬,那是都是自家製醬,旁邊還有巴馬火腿薯蓉,提子合桃麥包比較鬆軟,有提子的微甜還有合桃的咬口。法式的牛油麵包富有牛油的香氣,外層微脆,麵包還有帶些香軟,當塗上煙燻椰菜花,煙燻椰菜花有天然的椰菜清新之外,也散發了陣陣的煙燻味道,感覺都好特別。將再塗蜜糖甘筍醬塗上法式的牛油麵包中,增加了香甜而甘味,作開胃菜也是不錯。另一款是巴馬火腿薯蓉,巴馬火腿加上的薯蓉,火腿的鹹香味更是突出,軟綿的薯蓉夾雜火腿甘香,太捧了。 在冬天這個季節,正好來一份是令的法國生蠔,嗜蠔的我們經店員推介了我們
