難得同屋企人食飯,我揀咗割烹櫓杏嘅晚餐SET,食咗餐好正宗嘅日本菜。餐廳裝修得幾靚,啲木系元素整到個環境好溫馨舒適,令人好放鬆。牛腸鍋嘅鍋底醬油清湯好香, 湯色澄澈。牛腸煮得好軟, 口感軟韌有咬口, 吸收到湯汁嘅味道同精華。芽菜爽口, 牛蒡有獨特嘅香味同咬口, 菜心吸收到湯汁後更加鮮甜。淨係湯汁我都可以送兩碗飯, 真係令人胃口大開。鰻魚同青瓜配土佐醋放喺個精緻嘅小碟度, 鰻魚燒到有啲少少焦香, 外皮微脆, 入面軟熟, 同爽口嘅青瓜一齊食就有唔同嘅口感, 又軟又脆。土佐醋嘅酸甜味提升咗食慾。炭燒雞頸肉散發住好吸引嘅香味, 金黃色嘅表面有啲少少燶痕。咬落去又脆又香, 入面多汁飽滿, 令人忍唔住一舊接一舊咁食。熊本天草鮮魚壽司三件入面, 我覺得吞拿魚壽司係最好食。魚肉紅潤鮮艷, 質地緊實但唔會韌。入口即化嘅口感入面蘊含住新鮮魚肉嘅鮮甜, 一啖食落去就好似軟綿綿嘅豆腐花咁嘅感覺。
