To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境是迎來流行的深沉色調配金屬邊, 有殖民色彩,同REFINERY 的裝潢同出一徹。有卡位和圓檯,地點方便,朋友相聚好地方。食味係傳統味道,不過係清淡版,即不是濃油赤醬的老上海味。 論精緻度,夜上海勝一籌。論味道,綠楊村傳統一點。3個人叫了不少菜式,有些是位上的。本人覺得小籠包最好,醉鴿都可以。松子魚正常味道,小白兔最失望。仲有叫了個菜同另一個甜品,都係中規中矩。成件事都係穩穩陣陣,冇驚喜,都冇驚嚇。不過整體是舒適滿意的。
