To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣好好，決定去西九行下。上次食過呢間意大利餐廳覺得唔錯所以再嚟食。由於係平日嘅關係，唔洗等位就入得去喇，入座時店員提醒用餐時間90分鐘。餐廳有室外同室內座位，但今日實在太熱喇，所以坐咗室內。呢間嘅pizza同意粉都係手工制的，推介！推介*****Boheme pizza ($198)好脆嘅薄底pizza，分量十分足夠，配料有水牛芝士、蕃茄醬、Parma ham、火箭菜、橄欖同水牛芝士球。水牛芝士球切開係流心的，奶味濃非常creamy，加埋黑醋汁，再配Parma ham同火箭菜，我最鍾意嘅combination，好食！推介****Pasta of the day - spicy crabmeat spaghetti aglio olio ($178)可以問番店員或者睇下塊board當日pasta of the day係咩，今次係香蒜蟹肉三文魚子橄欖油意粉，有好多蟹肉同三文魚子，意粉好有咬口，蒜味亦好香，但個人覺得可以再辣少少。Iced latte ($40) 唔好飲，可以飲其他飲品。食物同環境都唔錯，對住草地同海景，喺度渡過一個下午好悠閒好舒服😌 服務唔錯，要讚下有個扎辮嘅男仔非常

好脆嘅薄底pizza，分量十分足夠，配料有水牛芝士、蕃茄醬、Parma ham、火箭菜、橄欖同水牛芝士球。水牛芝士球切開係流心的，奶味濃非常creamy，加埋黑醋汁，再配Parma ham同火箭菜，我最鍾意嘅combination，好食！
