To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友推薦呢間Pizza 店 一個禮拜前電話book咗7點半户外位 我哋两人9月17號星期五嚟到西九文化區食Pizza 本身諗住可以佐敦打的去西九 點知截唔到的士又狂塞車 最後我哋係九龍站坐小巴去 落車行過去唔洗10分鐘就到都幾方便一到餐廳waitress就問我哋有冇卜枱再叫我哋填google form 好快就坐低 正正對住維港海景真係好chillCoconut Lemon Spritz ($58)朋友點嘅 話有好香嘅椰子味仲食到一條條椰子肉Iced Latte ($40)正常發揮 坐室外咁熱一定要整番杯凍飲Linguine Algio e Olio ($128)扁意粉好食 因為相比起多汁多醬嘅意粉 我比較鍾意呢種冇乜汁嘅 佢加咗大蒜片,辣椒同橄欖油去整 整得好好食 好重蒜味少少辣 啱晒唔係幾食得辣嘅我Pepperoni Pizza ($158)係薄批除咗辣肉腸之外仲有水牛芝士,蕃茄醬,奧勒岡草,羅勒葉 以呢個價錢嚟講 分量好大料好足 薄皮食落去好脆卜卜熱辣辣 好好食Pizza Nutella ($88)Nutella多到一個點 一拎起塊pizza D醬多到斷開咗加埋香蕉好味道Tiram

餐廳都好welcome帶竉物入去一齊用餐 當日都好full last order之後都有唔少人入嚟摸門釘 而係度用餐比我一種好優閒好享受嘅感覺

最後我哋兩個人食咗$605, 每個人$300左右 以咁嘅海景嚟講加上係西九文化區裏面 原全係好抵食 最難得嘅係食物嘅質素唔會因此而下降 可以係西九以咁嘅價錢食到咁高質嘅pizza好難得 一定會再encore
