去樓上餐廳嘅好處,就係唔使急急腳趕住還枱,可以慢慢嘆😌夜晚嚟到觀塘嘅House FiftyEight,除咗可以試吓佢哋嘅Set Dinner,亦可以試埋特色cocktail。是日餐湯有兩個選擇,磨菇湯同雜菜湯。First impression真係好重要,呢兩個湯都非常香濃,特別係磨菇湯,無打溶曬磨菇,有粒粒磨菇碎,口感唔錯。前菜有鐵板吞拿魚沙律及意大利黑醋配巴馬臣火腿沙律,雖然吞拿魚無用到鐵板上菜,不過賣相仍然精緻,因為佢哋用嘅餐具都係精心挑選。主菜試咗美國頂級肉眼及日本南瓜羽衣甘藍意大利飯。肉眼用木板上,以多種烤焗配菜襯托,扒身外有脆邊,而7成熟則好鎖住肉汁。南瓜risotto上面有烤炸過嘅羽衣甘藍,食落好似薯片,好有創意。今日嘅甜品係Tiramisu,咖啡味唔算重,擺盤有趣,以一個用糖霜做嘅小兜兜裝住朱古力醬,非常可愛。🛎️必試指數:8/10🔆
