To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香辣金槍魚腩他他,佐賀和牛塔撻 
呢2款前菜已充分體現西日fusion嘅味道,他他配生菜食落爽脆香辣帶有魚油香味,而另外用蛋黃融合成道菜嘅和牛塔撻好好食,生和牛食落油脂香豐富,值得一食🔥
刺身,壽司盛合
呢個盛合打卡一流!由左至由咁食,有鯛魚薄切、 甜蝦、帆立貝、火炙拖羅壽司等等,都係seasonal嘅魚生,夠晒新鮮🤤

食完生冷野飲返碗海鮮湯間下場,唔好睇少呢碗海鮮湯,料足而且鮮味十足,將海鮮嘅精華都融合晒喺碗湯入面,如果你係喺LKF飲完酒黎的話,呢碗湯一定啱你爐端燒:牛肋筋,雞腿肉,宮崎甜蕃薯,自家製鰻魚炒飯再叫咗少少熟食黎暖下胃,無論串燒同飯都有一定水準,而估唔到鰻魚飯係用石鍋上,食到最後仲會有飯焦🤭
