下班後到卑路乍灣海濱長廊散散心,附近一日本料理小店蠻低調的日本餐廳,內裡四四正正,裝潢平實開業已十年,用料較不少傳統的壽司店講究主打即日新鮮空運到港時令魚類海產,食物選擇多元化是日推介慢煮而成的鮟鱇魚乾賣相精緻,綿密細膩上刺身拼盤有拖羅、深海池魚、油甘魚、甜蝦及三文魚吸物海鮮茶壺湯,材料豐富,可加點青檸汁吊出鮮味時令燒生鰻魚新鮮肉嫩、肥美香脆,魚油豐腴自家製大根饅頭入口煙韌爽口,口感軟糯,蟹鉗肉美燒油甘魚頭油脂十足,魚皮和魚骨燒得甘香炸多春魚肉質鮮嫩,滿肚子的魚籽,嚼起來非常香咖喱烏冬香濃掛汁,煙韌有口感,醇厚風味十足
