私房菜喺香港唔算普遍,而我食過既私房菜通常質素都幾高,今次呢間西班牙餐廳亦無令我失望 空間不算太大,有十張台左右,剛好令人感覺到私房菜寧靜又私密既感覺 坐下預先訂好的台後,店員細心介紹是日菜色,令人充滿期待 Bacon & Potato第一道頭盤係薯仔沙律。清新既白汁,配以微辣的香草,令一份沙律都已經好惹味;新鮮爽口既薯仔粒,加上香脆既煙肉粒,令口感既層次感都好豐富 Tomato Toast第二道頭盤接住上--蕃茄吐司、兩道頭盤都有共同點,用新鮮蔬果、香脆惹味。今次選用既蔬果就係蕃茄粒,清新而開胃;烤麵包烘得香脆,有點似烘蒜蓉包 Clams in Green Sauce開始黎到小食。Caution! 熱湯出沒注意! 滾到起氣泡既魚湯煮蜆肉上台喇 用魚湯煮既蜆肉格外香濃,鮮甜中帶點咸。蜆肉洗得好乾淨,無沙,所以我地大快朵頤,一口一隻咁食厚實又甘甜既蜆肉 Grilled Cuttlefish w/ Green Allion Foam用香草粒炒既墨魚粒好香口 而墨魚粒爽脆彈牙,食材既水準一流 最特別係打左氣既Green Allion Foam,味道有點似山葵,因為打左氣,

直徑大約12吋,
差點令人以為係四人份!
不過據去過西班牙既朋友口中得知,
咁先係正宗

Seafood Paella用魚湯蝦湯
生米煮成熟飯
利用寬平既大穫慢煮,
令湯汁慢慢收乾,
而飯粒就會充滿湯汁既味道,
係一道好考功力既菜色

魚湯帶出咸味;蝦湯帶出甜味
兩者混和再進駐米飯內,
令成個飯香口濃郁。
大蝦蜆肉甘甜爽脆,
呢個Seafood Paella令人回味無窮!

一片香脆焦糖放喺蛋醬上。
本以為佢係一個好classic既焦糖布丁,
不過蛋醬係極香滑帶水狀,帶檸檬味,
