放工後三五知己約咗去天后附近食飯,朋友住附近,介紹我哋食呢間有特色嘅西班牙菜,餐廳融入亞洲元素的Fusion Tapas, 及飲品,等我哋體驗一下西班牙🇪🇸菜的重要飲食文化🥰。4個人叫咗一個小食,3個main share😀小食: TAPAS (Vegetables)Cauliflower Tortilla椰菜花西班牙蛋餅西班牙🇪🇸當地一道簡單食材食的傳統小食!配有雞蛋薯仔🥔洋蔥🧅,加上椰菜花,煙肉🥓。過程都花時間準備㗎,將切好的薯仔洋蔥浸入橄欖油以慢火煮熟,然後混入蛋漿再拿去煎成有一定厚度的蛋餅,待放涼後配蛋黃醬+芝士。好食😋在於塊蛋餅夠厚實,有豐富的層次感,煙肉嘅微微鹹味帶岀咗對味蕾中嘅衝擊和點綴。ROJO Suckling Pig 西班牙🇪🇸燒乳豬,配青蘋果茸和燒新薯地道烹飪傳統中的瑰寶,年幼的BB豬不到8週大,鮮嫰的肉質,非常脆的烤乳豬皮,脂肪比例啱啱好,有一層肥膏夾係中間但無過份油膩嘅👍🏼,味道濃郁。青蘋果茸有錦上添花,但就咁食燒乳豬已經係一種豐盛的享受😎,肉質喺烹調過程之中,滲透得好入味。Charcoal Grilled Prime Hanger Steak(12oz)炭燒頂

西班牙🇪🇸海鮮飯🥘有虎蝦,蜆,青口,魷魚,豬腩肉,勁多配料嘅海鮮飯!呢個都係must eat item! 去西班牙餐廳,一定要食海鮮炒飯㗎!除咗用料新鮮之外,上碟夠熱有飯焦,飯底嘅軟硬度適中夠入味。大推!真係媲美到我去西班牙當地食嘅。
