香港潮州菜唔普遍,呢間係相對有名氣嘅一間潮州打冷小館,曾四度榮獲米芝蓮美食推介餐廳夜晚嚟食晚餐非常旺場,好彩我哋之前book咗位Menu多菜式都睇到眼花▶️ 潮式拼盤 ($228)都幾大份,預咗五個人分享包含墨魚卷、蝦棗、海蜤、素卷海蜤落咗芝麻粒同鮑片絲,質感爽脆彈牙,味道少少辣蝦棗好似炸過既肉丸,蝦味唔重,入面有啲脆口嘅蔬菜素卷係炸腐皮包住黑木耳同竹荀絲,唔太鍾意入面啲嘢好似馬蹄口感😶▶️ 椒鹽鮮魷 ($108)一條條炸到金黃色嘅鮮魷,旁邊附上椒鹽同醬汁幾好係炸粉唔厚同埋炸得唔油,可以品嚐到入面嗰條真.彈牙嘅鮮魷🦑不過就冇咁香脆椒鹽惹味而唔會太鹹▶️ 馳名蠔仔餅 ($108)係佢嘅必點菜式兩大件厚身蠔仔餅,望落非常澎湃旁邊有魚露汁點平時食嘅蠔仔餅係粉漿啲、黏身啲,呢個比較乾身,可能冇乜落番薯粉?雖然入面好足料,好多大大粒嘅蠔仔🦪但係食落少少苦,欠缺蛋香味同遍油膩🫢自己唔太識欣賞▶️ 西蘭花青衣球 ($108)大大嚿嘅西蘭花上面放上唔少青衣魚片青衣魚片肉質黏膠有彈性,味道鮮美🤩可以食到一片片肉而冇骨,成碟差唔多比我食晒keke西蘭花碧綠,咬落清脆🥦炒得幾香▶️ 碧綠川椒雞 ($108)比其他細碟

服務都幾好,啲侍應好有人情味,唔會話忙就黑口黑面
