今日同朋友去上環買海味,之後就去咗西環食晚飯,我同朋友都想食日本菜,所以就來了「信州日本料理」試下好唔好食🥢深海池魚薄切 ($280) - 薄切夠精盈通透,魚肉鮮甜🥢生葵八爪魚 ($50) - 濃郁的芥末和鮮味八爪魚,再加上清爽的小青瓜,十分醒胃🥢上壽司拼盤 (8件) ($258) - 包括有左口魚邊、赤鯥、油甘魚、深海池魚、吞拿魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、鯛魚左口魚邊魚油豐盈,口感軟滑,我對深海池魚的印像特別深刻,肉質鮮嫩肥美,脂厚油香,入口魚油甘香細膩,全部魚生都好新鮮🥢蟹膏鮑魚 ($220) - 是用上松葉蟹膏作為鮑魚醬伴著一起吃。把松葉蟹膏的味道和鮑魚很夾,鮑魚切片之後,再搽上松葉蟹膏,吃上口時,松葉蟹膏咸香味很突出,慢慢開始吃到鮑魚味道,鮑魚肉又很爽口,作為佐酒美食,確實是不二之選。🥢高湯雜菜🥢饅頭煮 ($120) - 是大根加了高湯、葛粉製成了饅頭的形狀,最後加上了玻璃芡🥢馬力貝燒(炒蟶子) (2 x $90) $180 - 大大條馬力貝,由師傅燒至剛熟,鮮甜美味。🥢季節鮮魚湯 (2 x $58) $116 - 用白身魚煲出來既魚湯,十分鮮甜,湯口是奶白色的,十分美味。
