你身邊有冇啲朋友,一啲話螺絲粉好好食,一啲話螺絲粉好臭好難食?我自己身邊就有呢兩批人喇我自己食過一次即食杯麵嗰種,但真係唔識欣賞。朋友話我未去食過一間真正嘅螺絲粉所以先會咁comment。為咗唔好誣蔑螺螄粉,咁所以我今日特登去到西環試吓呢間好螺記。招牌鍋燒螺絲粉($52):份量好大!配料有生菜,木耳絲,脆花生,酸豆角,蔥,薄脆同埋芫荽。鍋燒即係將豬肉件拎去炸,然後再切薄片,所以咬落去外面四邊都好脆(我覺得有少少似食緊薄片嘅燒肉咁)。豬肉半肥瘦,所以一啲都唔韌,果然係招牌。佢嘅湯底因為加咗酸豆角,食落酸酸辣辣咁。至於麵質,我覺得佢係煙靭版嘅米線,口感唔錯。舖頭仲接咗告示喺枱面話「加底加粉免費」,真係好好。香酥蝦卷($38):一客有五條。即叫即炸,外皮炸得脆脆地咁。咬落彈牙。酸梅湯(跟餐$6):酸梅湯係自家製嘅。酸酸maymay又唔係咁甜,幾開胃。今餐令我對螺螄粉改觀左。的確唔錯既。所以有陣時都係要靠自己食過先知。
