To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係得grant hyatt生存o既餐廳有一定o既水準,呢間o既日本菜未必正中好多香港人食放題o既下懷,但我覺得水準佢地交足有餘,只係種類唔多.我覺得主打要食toro刺身,因為係出面要食toro刺身都要數百元,而家$450可以食多幾樣刺身其實以水準,質數黎講算係化算o架喇,刺身新鮮,有口感,toro刺身都juicy,好好食,其實刺身係要食佢o既鮮味,花巧o野欠奉,所以好睇入貨o既貨源,呢度可以做到新鮮!!!當然凡事都可以多面睇,如果以種類黎請,呢度係貴精不貴多個種,樣樣都有交到貨比你,係種類唔夠你睇~其實亦都未算係好少種類,前菜,冷麵,甜點都幾多款,唔差o既~ 其他如牛肉粒都幾好味,juicy得o黎又幾稔~日本o既甜點都都預左係比較甜,所以都冇咩要挑剔.整體o黎講,係okay,係要一試o既日本菜!
