聽講要book 2 年先食到嘅私房菜,2025年都已經冇得book!!! 有幸涉到位。每道菜真係好好食,老闆出來講解,同真係好飽,飽到上心口呀😁好有心機煮既餐廳芥末麻香花膠 - 煮左三日既花膠冰鎮南非鮑魚 - 好淋既鮑魚,唔記得左佢話煮左幾耐,仲有鮑魚汁on the side 鮮青檸口水雞 - 用咗秘制青檸汁既雞,唔辣哈蜜瓜爵士湯 - 每人一盅,原盅燉等16小時,有瘦肉金華火腿雞腳蜜瓜螺肉賽螃蟹粉法飽 - 用24隻蟹起咗肉同膏做蟹粉(有五種蟹),加陳醋食好好食,配上蒜蓉包(有原味、一面搽左、兩面都搽左蒜蓉)鮮頭刀咕嚕肉 - 用原隻菠蘿加第一刀豬肉,批走多餘脂肪嘅咕嚕肉味菜蟶子煎米 - 用蘇格蘭嘅聖子果個煎米粉真係好好食,唔漏上湯有機菜遠 - 瑤柱上湯菜心嘅根部都要批左,好嫩老陳皮紅豆沙 - 用左40年老陳皮煲
