My best friend brought me here for birthday celebration and the whole experience was awesome. My apology that I couldn't recall all the dishes I had tried since there were too many of them. *** This fatty tuna (toro) was served in cube size with the seaweed and Japanese Shiso (日本紫蘇葉), so yummy!
*** I finished a full plate of homemade ginger, so fresh and juicy...don't miss it when you go there
*** First trial of the Japanese coffee wine, very different from B52 or so. This one is not creamy yet not too strong which matches the dessert well.
*** This is a bottle of sake not white wine though we were told to use the white wine glass. An easy drinking with sophistication sake, fee free to try.
