Daap係間兩三人經營嘅fusion小餐館,坐吧枱可以欣賞主廚+副廚互相配合準備嘢食,睇住主廚煮意粉、擺盤、開火槍等等,就好似睇表演咁精彩華麗,真真正正視覺+味覺享受。不過正因為得兩個人,所以要等得耐啲,而且樓面嘅侍應唔多醒目,會有啲甩漏。*Restaurant week (Appetizer + Main + Dessert) $198烤栗子湯配羊肚菌栗子味非常香,順滑濃厚嘅湯頭帶少許奶香,感覺每啖都係精華。羊肚菌脆脆嘅,索湯後半脆半腍,口感好讚!臘腸卡邦尼手工意粉用臘腸代替意式風乾豬肉,有鹹香又多一層臘腸嘅甜味。手工意粉有厚度、煙韌,撈勻半熟溫泉蛋,每一條粉都掛住滿滿嘅卡邦尼汁。醬汁已經有濃濃嘅蛋香、芝士香,上菜前用火燒到焦香,過程除咗表演之外,亦加多一層煙燻香。亞洲風味啤酒燉羊腿配茄子薯蓉羊腿肉非常入味,肉味唔會好膻,用刀切開容易+易離骨。肉質好嫩,但又保持到咬口。薯蓉綿滑,配搭茄子又好味,係意外嘅收穫!自家制酸種菠蘿包配奶茶雪糕菠蘿包帶發酵酸味,菠蘿皮夠脆,但整體偏乾硬。奶茶雪糕茶味好濃,完全冇冰粒感。
