唔知大家食omakase最重視係啲乜嘢,當然材料嘅新鮮度同埋食物嘅配搭係一個好重要嘅考慮,但我更加重視成個過程同師傅嘅交流同氣氛,因為係廚師發辦,我覺得個廚師係有責任令到個賓客明白佢選擇食材背後嘅原因,如果冇互動,咁不如食返一般嘅壽司店。呢度主理嘅鄧師傅超級健談,非常親切,最重要係佢可以上每一道菜時非常詳細講解佢嘅來源同埋特色,甚至講埋處理方法背後嘅理念,呢樣嘢好難得,可以做咁多年都堅持同食客有交流,而且佢真係好想知你鍾唔鍾意食,睇得出有心有力。食材質數真係唔使講,親眼見到佢打開啲新鮮食材,個平貝一開箱就攞出嚟開俾我哋食,咁樣食點會唔鮮甜?基本上全部食材都係日本入口,連個甜品嘅百香果都用沖繩出產嘅,真係好畀貨。全晚最鍾意係中拖羅,另外關鯖魚仲有八爪魚吸盤都非常有驚喜,非一般咁爽甜。不過當然啦,食材都好講季節,所以我食到嘅嘢同你食到嘅嘢一定會唔同。之前已經聽講過鄧師傅好多熟客,去食過一次就明點解,總之記得早啲訂枱,全店得10個位架咋!

食材質數真係唔使講,親眼見到佢打開啲新鮮食材,個平貝一開箱就攞出嚟開俾我哋食,咁樣食點會唔鮮甜?基本上全部食材都係日本入口,連個甜品嘅百香果都用沖繩出產嘅,真係好畀貨。
