To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時真係行過路過唔好錯過，今日走到長沙灣一間親民餐廳「賓墟餐廳」。這裡地方闊絡而光猛，聽到客人出出入入，跟店員談談天，感覺真的點感觸。茶餐廳當然有火腿通粉、沙嗲牛肉等等…啡走咖啡味非常濃郁，更有一種醇厚的口感。自選雙拼麵餐 - 豬扒+沙嗲牛肉+米線豬扒肉質軟嫩，食起來不會太油膩，而沙嗲牛肉點甜甜鹹鹹，味道及口感平衡恰到好處，每一啖都超邪惡！吉列魚柳+腸仔火腿+煎蛋+牛油多士吉列魚柳炸至金黃色大大塊，而且口感外脆內軟，十分香口，而腸仔、火腿、煎蛋都有齊，其實都真係非常抵食！

吉列魚柳+腸仔火腿+煎蛋+牛油多士
吉列魚柳炸至金黃色大大塊，而且口感外脆內軟，十分香口，而腸仔、火腿、煎蛋都有齊，其實都真係非常抵食！
