To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Cuisine Culture喺係中環嘅法國菜餐廳。雖然比較隱蔽但絕對高質素!法式焗鍋牛我都係第一次食蝸牛!感覺同食螺差唔多,不過蝸牛嘅口感再軟身啲,配埋薯泥一齊食好鮮甜好驚喜!龍蝦湯這碗湯的湯底濃郁鮮美,每一啖都飲到好濃郁嘅味道,而且口感淳滑,好推薦飲呢款湯!日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉這款意粉用新鮮嘅帶子作為主要配料,再搭配檸檬汁同初榨橄欖油,味道清新怡人。帶子嘅鮮甜同檸檬嘅酸爽相互融合,加上意粉的彈牙口感,俾人一種獨特嘅享受。燒蜜糖檸檬芥末籽黑毛豬肉配香蒜薯仔這道菜以黑毛豬肉為主角,豬肉經過燒烤後,表面呈現出金黃色的香脆外皮,內部保持住肉汁豐富嘅口感。蜜糖嘅甜味和檸檬嘅酸度相互平衡,芥末籽嘅微辣為呢道菜增添咗一絲風味。酥皮蘋果批雪糕酥皮蘋果批外脆內軟,蘋果酸甜可口,配上一球香滑嘅雪糕,俾人一種絕妙的口感體驗。呢款甜品唔會過甜,恰到好處,係完美嘅結尾!
